In coordination with vessel’s  agent we are collecting all details concerning the vessel as :

- IMO NUMBER

- FLAG

- GRT / NET

- TANKS CAPACITIES

- DECLARATION OF COMMERCIAL PURPOSE OF THE VOYAGE

- CLASSSIFICATION CERTIFICATES

- APPLICATION FOR BUNKERING (FORM)

- PROVISIONAL REGISTRY CERTIFICATES

in order to take permission from customs authorities to supply bunkers to the vessel.

with the exact date and time of delivery.

One day prior vessel’s arrival we coordinate with refinery in order to send our truck/s to load the nominated grade and quantity.

On date of delivery and as soon as our truck/s come alongside to the vessel, chief engineer should come to our truck/s together with our drivers to measure the truck/s before and after delivery in order to agree and sign all papers for the exact quantity the vessel is supplied.
