As the COVID-19 global crisis continues to evolve, we wanted to update you further on additional activities and practices we are employing to serve you, our customers.

First and foremost, we are continuously updating our operating procedures to ensure the health and safety of all of our people.

This includes leveraging our technology platforms and tools to institute virtual or remote “at home” working provisions. These continuity elements are designed to provide our people with the ability to perform their duties as normal from almost anywhere. We also are following national, regional, state and local governmental orders, mandates and guidance with respect to personal safety and social interaction. Our Human Resources department is providing continuous updates to our personnel in order to ensure their safety and that of their families. We have also issued the prescribed guidance to ensure safe interactions with our customers including our representatives, our drivers and any on-site operations personnel.

Our business continuity plans as well as our executive crisis management team remain fully active on a 24/7 basis and our physical operations across Greece have incorporated all guidance and recommended practices into their daily operating routines. Finally, our finance and risk management teams are carefully managing our strong financial resources to ensure ongoing operational integrity and flexibility.
